  • Add the mashed bananas to the hot water. Stir well to ensure the bananas are fully mixed into the water.

4. Let It Cool

  • Allow the banana-water mixture to cool for about 15-20 minutes. This cooling period helps to release the beneficial properties of the bananas into the water.

5. Add Honey

  • Once the mixture has cooled but is still slightly warm (not hot), add the tablespoon of honey. Stir thoroughly until the honey is completely dissolved. Remember not to add honey to boiling water as it can destroy some of its beneficial properties.

  • Pour the banana and honey syrup into a clean, airtight jar. It can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
