INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees top/bottom heat and line a baking tray with baking paper.
Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites with salt and sugar until stiff. Then add the egg yolks.
Mix flour and cocoa in a bowl and stir briefly but thoroughly.
Melt the butter in a small saucepan and stir it into the dough.
Spread it on your baking tray to a thickness of about 1-1.5cm and bake it for about 10 minutes.
Then immediately turn it out onto a clean tea towel and remove the baking paper. Let it cool briefly.

In the meantime, whip the cream. Put the cream, cream stiffener, orange and vanilla flavoring and powdered sugar in a bowl and beat until stiff. Then carefully fold in the honey.
Keep the cream cool until you use it.

Cut the sponge cake horizontally in half. Spread the cream in a thick layer on one layer and carefully place the second layer on top.
It is best to chill everything for about 2 hours. Then cut it into about 10 small rectangles.
