Mocca cake

My mocha cake is just the thing for every occasion! The moist chocolate bases are soaked in coffee and filled with coffee cream, spread on top and decorated. The cake is super easy to make for everyone, even without much experience, and will simply make your guests smile!

INGREDIENTS

For the sponge cake:

4 eggs
100g flour
30g cocoa powder
1 pinch of salt
150g sugar
For the filling:

600ml whipped cream
3 packs of cream stiffener
65g icing sugar
5g instant espresso powder
aside from that:

150ml boiled coffee (or espresso)
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tsp vanilla flavour
approx. 20 mocha beans
