First sift the flour and melt the butter. Let warm milk rise with yeast and a teaspoon of sugar.
Then add the remaining ingredients and work into a dough. Let the dough rise.
Now simply mix the ingredients for the curd filling.
Then roll out the dough into a rectangle, cut into squares and spread the filling on top. (You get 14 squares in total.
Now form the pockets. Then place on a baking tray coated with oil and let rise.
Brush with an egg yolk beaten with milk.
Bake at 180°C for 20-25 minutes. After baking, let it cool down and dust with powdered sugar. Done!
