BANANA OAT PANCAKES

    1. Add the bananas, eggs, oat milk, rolled oats, baking powder, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt to the bowl of a food processor. Blitz until smooth.

  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat, until shimmering.

  2. Pour approximately 1/4 cup (59 ml) of batter at a time into circles on the pan. Fry banana oat pancakes for 2-3 minutes, or until lightly browned on the bottom.

  3. Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes on the other side.
