This chocolate chip cookie sandwich is thick, moist and has an edible cookie dough frosting center 😍 the cookie takes about 18 minutes to bake. This recipe makes 20 large cookies, 10 sandwiches!
Ingredients
Cookie Dough:
* 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
* 1/2 cup granulated sugar
* 1 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
* 2 large eggs, room temp
* 1 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
* 3 cups all-purpose flour
* 1 tsp baking soda
* 1/2 tsp salt
* 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Cookie Dough Frosting:
* 16 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
* 1 cup brown sugar
* 2 tsp vanilla extract
* 3 tbsp milk
* 1/4 tsp salt
* 3/4 cup microwaved all-purpose flour
* 1/2 cup powder sugar
* 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
