  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 oz fat-free cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar (or sweetener of choice)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • Fresh fruit for garnish (optional)
