Weight Watchers Cheese Vegetarian Cheesecake
Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 8 oz fat-free cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar (or sweetener of choice)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- Fresh fruit for garnish (optional)
