INGREDIENTS

FOR THE CAKE:
3 cups (360g) all-purpose flour
1 & 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt

zest of 1 medium orange (about 4 teaspoons)
1 cup (226g) unsalted butter, softened
2 cups (400g) granulated sugar
3 large eggs
juice of 1/2 medium orange (about 2 tablespoons)
1 cup (226g) sour cream
1 cup cranberries

FOR THE GLAZE:
1 cup (110g) confectioners’ sugar, sifted
1 to 2 tablespoons milk
