- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Assorted toppings: sliced fresh fruits, granola, nuts, chocolate chips, shredded coconut, etc.
1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir well until all ingredients are well incorporated.
2. Line a baking dish or a rectangular container with parchment paper, leaving some edges hanging for easy removal later.
3. Pour the yogurt mixture into the lined container and spread it out evenly using a spatula.
4. Sprinkle your desired toppings over the yogurt, gently pressing them down so they stick.
5. Cover the container with plastic wrap or another piece of parchment paper and freeze for a minimum of 4 hours or until completely firm.
6. Once frozen, remove the yogurt bar from the container using the parchment paper edges.
7. Cut the frozen yogurt into desired bar sizes using a sharp knife.
8. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer until ready to enjoy.
