Ingredients

For the yeast dough:
500 g flour (type 550)
1 cube of fresh yeast
100 ml lukewarm milk

100 ml lukewarm water
1 egg
100 g soft butter
25 g sugar
1 tsp salt

Aside from that:
1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon milk
Sesame seeds

Optionally:
Burger Press
Burger tray for super even buns
