Quark casserole with potato dumplings, cinnamon and plums

Ingredients

For the quark mixture:
2 eggs
1 pinch of salt
100 g brown sugar
500 g quark (20 %)

15 g cornstarch
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla paste
2 tsp lemon juice

Aside from that:
1 tbsp butter for frying + some for the dish
500 g BÜRGER potato dumplings
2 tablespoons brown sugar
450 g plums
coated pan, casserole dish, hand mixer
