Ingredients
For the ground:
3 eggs
75 g sugar
1 tsp vanilla paste
75 g flour
1 pack of vanilla pudding powder
3/4 tsp baking powder
1-2 tbsp Baileys Tiramisu for soaking
For the cream:
500 g whipped cream
3 sheets of gelatine
500g mascarpone
250 g quark (40 %)
100 g icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla paste
Grated organic lemon
approx. 400 g ladyfingers
150 ml Baileys Tiramisu
For decoration:
120 g whipped cream
1 tsp vanilla sugar
2 tsp cream stiffener
1 tbsp baking cocoa
Chocolate crunchy pearls
Aside from that:
1 springform pan (24-26 cm)
1 high cake ring (at least 10 cm)
1 piping bag including star nozzle
1 small sieve
