1 box Angel hair pasta
2 jars preferred red sauce
1.5 lbs cooked & seasoned ground beef
1/2 cup sugar- optional for you, not for us



1/2 cup cream
1- 15 ounce container ricotta
1 cup shredded Colby
1/3cup minced garlic
Big casserole dish
Dump jars of sauce in cass dish and mix with sugar and cooked ground beef.
Cook pasta Al dente and add to ground beef and sauce.
In pasta pot, add cream and ricotta with preferred seasonings and minced garlic (garlic, onion, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning for us) and whisk well over low heat
Once broken down, add shredded cheese. Sauce will thicken like a Mac and cheese sauce.
Pour over your spaghetti. It’s going to look soupy! Keep in mind it’s going to be soaked up when baking. You WANT it to look soupy otherwise it’s not going to be creamy once baked.
Cheese on top optional, we did mozz!
