Required ingredients:
*Biscuit:
-4 egg whites (larger eggs),
-130 g of sugar,
-1 tablespoon of liqueur as desired,
-80 g of soft flour,
-2 small teaspoons of baking powder,
-60 ml of oil
*Cream:
-1 l of whole milk,
-4 egg yolks, -150 g of thickeners,
-220 g of sugar,
-2 bags of vanilla sugar,
-a little vanilla paste or vanilla bean seeds,
-150 g of butter, -100 g of cooking chocolate
*Fruit layer:
– about 500 g of strawberries,
-2 red toppings for cakes,
-4 spoons of sugar, -2 vanilla sugar,
-500 ml of water
