  • 1 sizable onion, finely diced
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 7 medium-sized mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, finely diced
  • 3 ripe tomatoes, quartered
  • Salt and pepper to taste
