Juicy chocolate cake from the tray

Instructions

Melt butter and chocolate:
Melt the butter in pieces and the chopped chocolate in a water bath.
Remove the mixture from the heat and allow it to cool slightly until it reaches a comfortable temperature.

Prepare egg-sugar mixture:
In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and brown sugar with the whisk attachment of the mixer until fluffy. This step takes about 1-2 minutes.

Add flavors:
Stir the vanilla extract together with the liquid chocolate butter into the egg-sugar mixture.

Integrate flour mix and buttermilk:
Gradually stir the prepared mixture of flour, possibly cocoa, and baking powder into the mixture.
At the same time, add the yoghurt to achieve a smooth consistency.

Prepare and bake the dough:
Spread the resulting dough evenly into a prepared pan and smooth it out.
Bake in the preheated oven on the middle rack for 35-40 minutes, until the cake is golden brown.

Let cool down:
Remove the baked cake from the oven and let it cool completely before decorating.

Decoration with milk chocolate coating:
Melt whole milk chocolate coating according to the instructions on the package.
Pour the liquid chocolate coating over the cooled chocolate cake.
