Chicken Bubble Biscuit Bake Casserole

  1. Prepare Your Chicken:
  • Boil chicken breasts until fully cooked. Once cooled, shred to get 3 cups of shredded chicken.
  1. Combine Main Ingredients:
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, crumbled bacon, sour cream, and ranch seasoning mix. Mix well.
  1. Add The  Cheese:
  • Stir in 1/2 cup of shredded  cheese into the chicken mixture.
  1. Prep The Biscuits:
  • Cut each biscuit from the can into quarters.
  1. Fold In The Biscuits:
  • Gently fold the quartered biscuits into the chicken mixture until evenly distributed.
  1. Preheat Your Oven:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  1. Grease Your Dish:
  • Spray a casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  1. Bake:
  • Transfer the mixture into the greased casserole dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
