Tuna Salad Lettuce Wraps

This is a light and flavorful lunch option that’s perfect for a hot summer day. It’s also very customizable – you can add in your favorite chopped vegetables, or even swap the tuna for grilled chicken or salmon.

Ingredients:

1 (5-ounce) can tuna in water, drained

1/4 cup chopped celery

1/4 cup chopped red onion

1 tablespoon light mayonnaise

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1/4 teaspoon dried dill

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large lettuce leaves (such as romaine or butter lettuce)
