- Mix Wet Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. If using, add the organic roasted salted peanuts.
- Add Almond Flour: Mix in the almond flour until well combined. The dough should be thick and easily scoopable.
- Form Cookies: Using a tablespoon or cookie scoop, drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Flatten each cookie lightly with a fork. Sprinkle salt flakes on top if desired.
- Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 12-14 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
