1. Form a crown with the flour. In the center add the salt, sugar, yeast, milk and water, gradually. Dissolve and knead.
2. Add the butter and continue kneading until you obtain a smooth and tender dough.
3. Let rest for 15 minutes.
4. Cut buns of 30 g each and shape them, let them rest on a greased plate until they double in volume. Paint with beaten egg, place in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.
5. A few minutes before the end of cooking, remove, paint again with egg and return to the oven until ready! There are approximately 50.
