Ingredients:
- – 1 broccoli
- – 1 tsp salt
- – 350g/12.34oz mushrooms
- – Olive oil
- – 1/2 tsp salt
- – Black pepper
- – 1 onion
- – 6 eggs
- – Salt
- – Black pepper
- – 250g/8.81oz ricotta
- – 2 garlic cloves
- – Italian herbs
Instructions:
1. Blanch broccoli for 2 minutes, then cool.
2. Sauté mushrooms in olive oil with 1/2 tsp salt and black pepper until done.
3. Fry onion until translucent.
