Healthy No-Bake Energy Bars

Ingredients:

– 100g dates
– 150g oatmeal
– 50g peanuts
– 40g raisins
– 30g sunflower seeds
– 30g pumpkin seeds
– 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
– 1 tablespoon honey
– 100g dark chocolate

Instructions:

1. Start by pitting and roughly chopping the dates.
2. In a food processor, combine the chopped dates, oatmeal, peanuts, raisins, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, and honey.
