Mug cake sprinkled with apples, incredibly delicious

ingredients

2.5 kg apples (e.g. Boskop)
320 g sugar
3 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 lemon
500 g soft wheat semolina
500 g wheat flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
200 g butter cold
Icing sugar for sprinkling

Instructions

First wash the apples, cut them into quarters, remove the core and grate them coarsely with a kitchen grater. Then squeeze the lemon and add 3 tablespoons of sugar, cinnamon and lemon juice to the apples and mix. Then mix the semolina, flour, yeast and sugar.
