Ingredients:

For the Puff Pastry Base:

250 g puff pastry
Water
2 teaspoons of sugar
For the Peach Filling:

500 g peaches in syrup
60 g sugar
15 g cornstarch
120 ml (4 fl oz) water

For the Cream Filling:

500 g Greek yogurt
200 ml (6.7 fl oz) cream
200 g condensed milk
10 g (0.35 oz) agar agar
For Decoration:

1 teaspoon of powdered sugar

Instructions:

Prepare the Puff Pastry Base:

Preheat the oven to 180 °C (355 °F).
Roll out 250 g of puff pastry to fit a 22 cm (8.5 inch) baking shape.
Place the puff pastry in the baking shape and brush with water.
