Weight Watchers Caramel Apple Fudge

  1. Prepare the Pan:
  • Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
  1. Melt the Candy Melts:
  • Place the salted caramel melts in a medium mixing bowl and the green melts in another bowl.
  • Pour one can of sweetened condensed milk over the caramel melts.
  • Mix the green apple candy flavoring with the second can of sweetened condensed milk and pour it over the green candy melts.
  1. Microwave and Blend:
  • Microwave each bowl for 2 ½ minutes, stirring every minute until smooth.
  1. Create Swirl Effect:
  • Alternately pour the caramel and green mixtures into the prepared pan to create a swirl effect.
  1. Refrigerate and Serve:
  • Refrigerate the fudge for 4 hours until firm.
  • Cut into pieces and enjoy!
