Bacon-Wrapped Shrimp

Prepare Bacon: Preheat oven to 400ยฐF. Cut bacon slices in half lengthwise. Place on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake until bacon is partially cooked and starting to brown, about 6-8 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
Prepare Shrimp: In a bowl, combine olive oil, honey, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Add peeled and deveined shrimp, tossing to coat evenly.
Wrap Shrimp: Wrap each shrimp with a strip of partially cooked bacon, securing with a toothpick. Place seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Cook Shrimp: Broil in the oven until bacon is crisp and shrimp are cooked through, about 5-7 minutes, rotating the baking sheet halfway through for even cooking.
Serve: Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the bacon-wrapped shrimp and serve with your favorite dipping sauce or enjoy as is!
