Ingredients:
4 eggs
150 ml cream
1 bell pepper, chopped
Fresh dill or parsley, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
Green onions, chopped
200 grams Peking cabbage, shredded
Sunflower oil
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
1 hunting sausage, sliced
200 grams cheese, grated
Directions:
Prepare the Vegetables:
Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F).
Chop the bell pepper, tomato, green onions, and hunting sausage.
Shred the Peking cabbage.
Mix the Egg Mixture:
In a large bowl, crack the 4 eggs and add 150 ml of cream.
Whisk together until well combined.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Combine the Ingredients:
Add the chopped bell pepper, tomato, green onions, shredded Peking cabbage, and hunting sausage to the egg mixture.
Add the chopped dill or parsley.
Mix everything thoroughly to ensure the vegetables and sausage are evenly distributed.
