Ingredients:

  • – 1 cup Oatmeal
  • – 2 tbsp Ricotta Cheese
  • – 1 Egg
  • – 50 ml Water
  • – Vanilla Extract and Stevia (to taste)
  • – 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • – 2 Apples
  • – 1 tsp Butter
  • – Blue Agave Syrup (optional, for drizzling)

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

1. In a bowl, combine oatmeal, ricotta cheese, egg, water, a few drops of vanilla extract, and stevia to taste. Mix well.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over low heat.
