Jam Tart Shortbread Cookies

Cream butter, icing sugar, egg yolk and vanilla until light and fluffy.

Add in flour, corn flour and custard powder.

Roll dough and cut out with jam tart cutter.

Bake in pre heated oven at 170C till it is light golden brown.

Fill the centres with jam and allow to cool.
