¾ Packet Shake n Bake Coating
1.5 tablespoon Italian Seasoning I use Mrs.Dash to avoid salt but you can use your favorite!
1 Egg
12 Light Mozzarella String Cheese Sticks
Instructions
Start by cutting your string cheese sticks in half and freeze them until solid, about two hours
Once frozen, remove from the freezer and begin the coating process
Combine Shake n Bake seasoning and Italian Seasoning, set aside
Crack 1 egg into a separate bowl and whisk until combined
Dip each string cheese piece into your egg, followed by your breading mixture
Air Fry on 400 Degrees for 5-8 mins (Keep an eye on them so you don’t overcook and have all the cheese come out of the breading)
Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce or simply plain
