Instructions
1. In a large bowl add butter and icing sugar then beat or mix until it’s light and creamy.
2. Sift in flour , custard powder, cornflour and salt. Mix until all the ingredients are well combined.
3. Roll the dough and flatten it using a rolling pin . Place a parchment paper and place the dough . Let it chill in the refrigerator for 40 minutes.
4. When the dough has chilled use a cookie cutter to cut out the dough . Transfer into a prepared baking tray .
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 Degrees Celsius for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown and well baked .
If you are using salted butter please don’t add salt.
