And here I am writing my first recipe for the blog: Mini Crumbles with Spreadable Cream ; I could not wait! I was invited to a friend’s house for a barbecue together and I decided to make my contribution by bringing a dessert. I thought of something simple, quick, that everyone could enjoy and, above all, easy to transport. This is how mini crumbles filled with spreadable cream came to mind: delicious little cakes made up of a crunchy shell of crumbled shortcrust pastry with a creamy, delicious heart of chocolate cream. A huge success! If you love this type of crunchy and crumbly dough, I recommend you try my Crumbled Apple and Jam Tart . To make the mini crumbles I used aluminum baking cups but you can also use silicone baking cups or a muffin mould. . So follow the preparation step by step, with explanations, images and final notes and advice to delight your palate with an exquisite dessert!
