Baked Garlic Butter Potatoes

Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare Potatoes:
Wash the baby potatoes thoroughly and cut them in half. If some are larger, quarter them so that they are roughly uniform in size.
Prepare Garlic Butter Mixture:
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, dried thyme (or rosemary), salt, and pepper. Mix well to ensure the garlic and herbs are evenly distributed in the butter.
Coat Potatoes:
Place the halved potatoes in a large mixing bowl. Pour the garlic butter mixture over the potatoes and toss until all potatoes are evenly coated.
