Toss with salt and pepper for flavor.

6 pieces of chopped bacon
1 thinly sliced tiny onion
minced garlic (three cloves)
8 ounces of chopped mushrooms
fresh spinach, 4 cups
An whole cup of thick cream
Half a cup of Parmesan cheese, grated
one eighth of a teaspoon of basil
Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired
