3. Assemble the Pastries
Roll out your puff pastry and cut it into 4 squares (or desired shape).
Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each square.
Fold over to form triangles or rectangles. Press edges together and crimp with a fork to seal.
Brush with beaten egg for that gorgeous golden crust.
4. Bake
Bake for 18β22 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
5. Cool & Enjoy
Let them cool slightly before serving β the cheese inside will be molten hot!
