The unthinkable trick to push the duvet into the washing machine without any problems.

Before we start explaining the actual make-up, we focus on a detail. Each washing machine is designed to carry a maximum load of kilograms.

Check if yours is sufficient. As a rule, a wet one-sided duvet weighs about 6 kg, the double-sided over 8 kg. Then check the label to see if it can be washed and thrown at home at which temperature and how many maximum speed you need to proceed, if yes.

Once all this is established, we will go over to the strategy to put it in the basket without effort.

Place it on the balcony and tap it vigorously to free it from dust and dirt, then put it back on the bed and start wrapping it to yourself, pulling it down and after it to get a long but as thin sausage as possible. Leave it like this and walk to the front of the washing machine. Put one end to the sides of the basket and start inserting it carefully so that it does not open. You will easily cope with the task without having to worry.

Now set the fine wash with a not too high temperature and a skidding of about 600 rpm. This prevents the device from overexerting and damaging itself, and the fibers of the down remain intact.

When you are done, distribute it outdoors, but not under direct sunlight, and wait until it is completely dried before removing it. In the meantime, turn it over so that it swells and prevents water accumulations on the ground.

Now you really know everything and can wash your duvet safely at home without spending a fortune on the laundry.
