How to calculate the cost of a single laundry

It is not as difficult to calculate how much detergent a single wash cycle costs in the washing machine. In fact, it is enough to divide the cost of the product by the total number of laundryes that can be carried out with it.

The number of laundry that can be done with the contents is always indicated on the bottle, and also the number of capsules included in the pack allows you to immediately recognize how many can be done.

In the case of liquid detergents, it was found that the cost of a dose for a wash cycle varying between 0.15 and 0.42 euro cents , on average at 0.22 euro cents.

Instead, the average cost of each wash with ready-to-use capsules is around 0.28 cents . It is clear that capsules cost more than liquid detergent .

Detergent capsules are more expensive

Among the detergents that were examined to check which of them save the actual cost of a laundry, there was a deviation from 1 to 3. The analysis showed that the price difference between liquid detergents is between 0.15 euros per dose and 0.36 cents per dose produced varies in capsules with herbal active ingredients.

It is therefore easy to understand by means of the data that the cost of already dose detergent is higher than for liquid detergents, which correspond to the same dose required for carrying out a washing cycle.

However, it is important to emphasise that the liter prices indicated on the store labels do not reflect the actual value of the detergent. For this reason, it could be better if the shopkeepers were to indicate the price of each individual dose needed to carry out a laundry.

The effectiveness of the cleaning agents has been tested

It must also be said that detergent for washing in the washing machine, no matter what choice they have, guarantee maximum effectiveness. In fact, it is tested whether they really act against dirt and whether they treat substances gently.

In addition, they are also tested for their environmental compatibility, i.e. they do not pollute the environment or harm the health of animals and people.

Many well-known products, such as L’Arbre Vert or Ariel Origine Vegetale, contain a very low proportion of pollutants and are extremely effective against dirt and stains.

As you may have understood, liquid detergents are definitely the ones that save money, and saving is a priority today, you just have to choose one of the many brands on the market!
