Mandarin and Dark Chocolate Crispy Parfait 🍊🍫

🔸 Preparation time: 20 minutes
🔸 Serves: 4

Ingredients 🛒
200 g dry biscuits (speculoos or shortbread type)
50 g melted butter
250 g mascarpone
200 ml very cold single cream
50 g icing sugar
4 mandarins (peeled and quartered)
100 g dark chocolate (roughly chopped)
3 tablespoons mandarin marmalade
Preparation 👩‍🍳
1️⃣ Prepare the crispy base

Crumble the biscuits into a fine powder using a blender or rolling pin.
Add the melted butter and mix until a sandy texture is obtained. Divide half of this mixture into the bottom of 4 glasses and press down lightly with the back of a spoon.
2️⃣ Prepare the mascarpone cream
