My tip for polishing taps is foolproof

The candle knit for polishing
Once a time when there were no waterproof substances; to prevent rag clothes or shoes from being soaked with water, our grandmothers woke candle wax to produce an insulating patina. So no rain penetrated between the fibers and the clothing remained dry longer.
According to the same principle, the wax of a candle is therefore an excellent repellent against tap spatter: It allows the water to glide and lime does not settle on metal surfaces, which affects their beauty and robustness.
With their help, we can avoid frequent purification and always available chemicals, which are so harmful to the health of the ecosystem, especially where landfills then enter rivers, lakes and seas and endanger the survival of the fish flora and fauna.
Relying on ancient wisdom passed down by the grandmothers of our grandmothers to this day proves to be an excellent opportunity to reduce the effort and not to harm the environment.
All you need to do is light a normal candle for at least two minutes so that the wax starts to melt, and then direct it over the taps. Make sure it is not too hot to not damage the metal, which is significantly more counterproductive than limestone. But we are sure that you know how to regulate yourself perfectly.
Now wipe it with a damp cloth to distribute it evenly and polish the surface. In this way, the newly formed patina, although invisible and very thin, protects your taps effective for about a week and you do not have to clean daily!
